Downtime on explorer.sawebserver.com

Dear clients,
Please note that we had a lot more down-time on the explorer.sawebserver.com on 29-11-2008 than we expected. We had a scheduled migration from CentOS 4.7 to CentOS 5.2. The upgrade was supposed to take only 30 minutes with about 10 minutes of downtime. During the upgrade the explorer server became unresponsive and we had to reboot and repair.
Our apologies for the downtime caused.
